How cancellations and refunds work for bookings made on PrepCo.

1. Overview
This policy explains how refunds work for bookings made on PrepCo. Each course page also shows its own cancellation terms before you pay.
2. Cancelling a booking
You can cancel from your bookings page. Whether you receive a full or partial refund depends on the cancellation terms shown for that course.
3. When a provider cancels
If a provider cancels a course or moves a session, you can choose another date or receive a full refund.
4. Self-paced courses
A self-paced course can be refunded if you have not started its content, within the period shown on the course page.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. For instalment plans, the instalment provider adjusts or cancels the remaining payments.
