The rules for using PrepCo and booking courses through it.

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the PrepCo website and apps. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.
PrepCo is a marketplace: courses are delivered by independent licensed providers, who are responsible for the training they deliver.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Parents and guardians who add a child to their account are responsible for the bookings they make for that child.
3. Bookings and payments
The price, schedule and cancellation terms of each course are shown before you pay.
A booking is confirmed only when the payment has been received and PrepCo sends you a confirmation.
4. Courses and provider content
Providers write their own course descriptions and are responsible for their accuracy. Report anything misleading and we will review it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, copy course materials without permission, or post reviews for courses you did not attend.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect.
